What was discussed:

• modern methods of recruitment and selection of personnel;
• employee adaptation programs;
• work with the personnel reserve;
• career guidance and support for young professionals.

The guests were also given a tour of the information center and shown the work of the psychophysiological support laboratory.
 
Colleagues from Grodno noted that the knowledge gained will implement new effective solutions in the HR management system at their home enterprise.
