On July 24, representatives from the HR department of OJSC “Grodno Azot” paid a working visit to Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant. The goal was to strengthen cooperation and explore best practices in HR.
What was discussed:
The guests were also given a tour of the information center and shown the work of the psychophysiological support laboratory.
Colleagues from Grodno noted that the knowledge gained will implement new effective solutions in the HR management system at their home enterprise.
