The meeting was attended by the head of the section, Tatyana Ulashchik, Deputy General Director of SPA "Belenergo"; Anna Susha, Head of the Labor and Wages Department at SPA "Belenergo"; her deputy, Zhanna Sherikova; as well as deputy general directors for economic affairs and heads of labor and wage organization departments from the various organizations that are part of the association.

The meeting was opened by Sergei Bobovich, Director General of Belarusian NPP. In his welcoming speech, he spoke about the current status of the nuclear power plant, the history of the project’s implementation, and the enterprise’s socio-economic policy.

The meeting participants focused on measures to minimize the outflow of highly qualified personnel, establish a rational ratio between managers and specialists, and optimize staffing levels at social sector facilities.

The round table addressed approaches to planning the payroll fund and analyzing labor costs, as well as their integration into the Forecasting and Planning of Financial and Economic Activities "ProPlan" subsystem of SPA Belenergo automated management information and analytical system.

Alexey Ris, Deputy Director General for Economics, and Evgeny Polyansky, Head of the Labor Organization and Wages Department, presented reports on the specific aspects of how work is organized at individual facilities of Belarusian NPP.
