Currently, the station employs over 600 young employees. Over 100 of them, the full number of people in the youth center's auditorium, signed up to participate in a dialogue session with the general director, his deputies, department heads, and youth mentors. Opening the dialogue, Sergei Bobovich gave a brief overview of the history of nuclear energy, noting the role and significance of the Great Victory over Nazism in the implementation of the peaceful nuclear energy program. The company's director emphasized that scientific developments in nuclear weapons became the foundation of nuclear energy.
The Director General of Belarusian NPP emphasized the key role of President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in the historic decision to build the first nuclear power plant in Belarus, which became a symbol of the country's technological independence and progress.
The main part of the event took the form of lively, informal communication, in line with the traditional format of such events – “no ties”.

Career prospects for young people and mechanisms for professional development.
Sports and leisure: promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing physical fitness among nuclear engineers.
"Belarusian NPP's top priority is the health and well-being of our employees," Sergei Bobovich emphasized during the meeting. The CEO noted that the company will continue to create the most comfortable conditions possible for both the performance of production tasks and the comprehensive personal development of young employees.
The meeting concluded with management answering personal questions from the young specialists. Both Belarusian NPP management and its young employees noted the importance of holding such regular meetings to strengthen corporate culture and promptly address concerns of young people.
