At the beginning of the mission, WANO representatives visited the control room and turbine compartment of power unit No.1.  

In the following days, the experts held classes with the heads of the structural divisions of Belarusian NPP on the following topics:

• «Leadership in safety and reliability»,
• «Methods of forming leadership qualities in managers»,
• «Leadership: Cultivation Practice in Nuclear Industry Organizations».

Vasily Aksenov, Director of the WANO Moscow Center, interviewed the heads of the main production shops and departments of Belarusian NPP and noted the good training of the heads of departments on the topic "Leadership and a high level of safety standards".
