Students were told about how a nuclear power plant works, how personnel are trained to manage nuclear power plants, what safety systems are used at modern nuclear power plants, and how they differ from those used at nuclear power plants in Chernobyl and Fukushima.
Also, students saw a model of the fuel assembly and the nuclear power plant itself. And to consolidate knowledge, they took colorful, illustrated booklets about Belarusian NPP.
United safety days continue and it’s not too late to sign up for a free tour to the information center of Belarusian NPP.
However, this can be done not only in the days of the republican action.
