An excursion to the of the NPP Information Center

More than 1,000 guests have visited the NPP Information Center since the beginning of this year. Basically, these are students and schoolchildren of the country who carry out sightseeing trips around Belarus as part of a pilot project of the Ministry of Education, implemented in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

Schoolchildren from Minsk, Molodechno, Smorgon, Oshmyan, Dyatlovo, Svisloch, Lida, Grodno, Ostrovets, the Zubrenok children's health center and other schools of the republic have already visited the center.

In the Information Center, children will learn about nuclear energy and the nuclear power plant, its design and safety. They also receive information about professions in demand at the NPP and universities involved in training personnel for nuclear energy.

Another “bonus” of visiting the Information Center is the opportunity to see the NPP up close and take a memorable photo on its background.
