On April 28, 2019, power unit No. 1 of Belarusian NPP successfully completed loading of 163 fuel assemblies (FA) simulators.
As previously reported, fuel assembly simulators are an exact replica of the fuel assemblies, completely replicate their design, but do not contain nuclear fuel.
The loading of fuel assembly simulators is the most important key event in the preparation of the reactor installation for the cold and hot running-in stage.
